What type of grass seeds and where to buy them, Brisbane, Australia?

I have an 8 acre horse paddock that is overgrazed and in need of a break, I have an opportunity in the next few weeks to take them out of the paddock, I know a fortnight is not long but it has to be better than nothing!! and thought maybe I could oversow the paddock with grass seeds? What do you think? I don't know what type of grass seeds to buy or where to buy them? Please help!!! Oh and can you only grow Rhodes grass as a crop or can you grow it in the paddock?

1. first cross fence the 8 acres in half with a gate and rotate the fields allowing one side to grow while the other is fed on. a fiscue, rye and Bermuda mix grows fast and is tolerant to being trampled on. I have found by taking a angle iron (any size will work) welded into a 4' x 4' square then tying a section of chain link fence to the angle iron and putting a pallet on it for weight can be dragged over the manure piles with a riding lawn mower and helps the grass grow faster by fertilizing and not leaving spots that the grass can't grow
