How should I set up a Lawn Care advertisement...?

I am trying to take care of lawns for my neighbor hood so I am making an advertisement on Microsoft word. The lawn service would include cutting and weed whacking. What type of things should I put in this ad? What type of things do people want to see?

1. if it going to be on a big sign outside for people to see while driving by, put a big word of what theme you want for your business on top, write weed eater, lawn mower, and name with phone number, if want on a business card do same way but add picture to it with your name and phone number, with the business card you can put in each mailbox so that they can see it and read it too.
