A People Without History Is Like Wind In The Buffalo Grass?
Does anyone know what this saying means? I am trying to understand it, but I can't seem to quite hit that spot of what it means. Is there a website or anything where it can tell me what exactly it means? Or does anyone have an explanation for this? If you have an explanation of this, please, explain it as long and as much detail as you can so I can understand this. It has been driving me crazy trying to solve this for about a week.

- Okay think about it this way... We learn from our mistakes though the mistakes gone down in history... so we learn not to go again in that direction/to make those mistakes again. However the wind in the buffalo Grass blows relentlessly, with no direction. Often the wind helps spread natural fires and causes allot of animals to die and habitats to perish. This happens because the wind can not learn from this happening once before. Therefore A person with out history, causes problems like the wind in the buffalo grass because they have not learned from the mistakes made in the past(history)
