How exactly can I use liquid fertilizers for plants?

I've recently purchased POKON bonsai liquid fertilizer, and since the labels are in dutch I can't understand a single word. http://www.nebonsai.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=NEBG&Product_Code=Pokon&Category_Code=FERT Can someone give me instructions on how to use this liquid fertilizers?
