what kinda permits would u need for a lawn care service business ?

1. I had a very successful Lawn Care Business for 20 + years. here in WV all you need if you want to remain legal is a Business Lic issued by the state. You need to keep records and file your taxes-on time. A very good hint here. Do your best not just the first time but every tie. Keep your equipment i good working order and never complain to a customer about your equipment. They did not buy it you did.
2. Most likely just a business license. I can't imagine there's any special requirements for mowing lawns.
