4. 1. The Buffalo, Rabbits, Insects, I'm not sure if prairie dogs eat grass. because those are the herbivores. 2. If the wolf was introduced into a prairie environment than the cycle of this ecosystem would change. The food chain would be rearranged and many animals would have to fight for survival. A more natural selective ecosystem. The wolf would eat the mice, prairie dogs and other small herbavoires while also competing with the coyotes and other carnivoires. And with the population of herbavoires going down there would be a rapid increase in plants. 3.This would cause a rise in the animals that were hunted by the bobcat. Without the bobcat hunting there would be more game for other animals, but not enough hunters to slow the population growth (maybe) 4. Food chain gets messed up (Again). herbavoires get sick and die. predators don't have enough food they die. and everyone dies or has to adapt over thousands of years
5. if the bobcat population decreases rapidly, the rabbit population will increase.
