What is the effect of different concentrations of fertilizer on Tomato plant growth?

is there any difference on the growth?? i need to make a conclusion for my bio report!!

  1. I have no idea if the fertilizer had an effect! I would have to be able to measure the growth. Something is missing in your question. In an experiment of that sort one would plant several tomato plants in the same type of soil, receiving the same amount of sun. The control plants would get no fertilizer and the experimental plants would get different amounts of the same fertilizer. After a period of time one would measure the height or the circumference or the number of tomatoes in each group. It would be expected that the fertilized plants would be taller, bushier or have more tomatoes than the non-fertilized plants. Furthermore, as the concentration of fertilizer increases, the height/bushiness/number of tomatoes would increase up to a certain concentration. At the highest concentration the plants might even be killed.
