  1. You've got to try the Original Waspinator! Yardiac.com's Bee Free Natural Wasp Deterrent works because wasps are territorial. The average wasp nest has a 200 ft territorial radius. Wasps will instinctively flee an area they find to contain an unfamiliar nest. Wasps seem to avoid the area if they think an actual nest is present. Easy to use, environmentally friendly, safe, clean, and effective! Allows you to enjoy your family picnics, dinners on the deck, and parties on the beach.
  2. If you have Bees nested in the ground, you can put on some long pants and long sleeves, hat and some eye protection and fill the Bee hole with a gallon of gas. Wait until the Sun has been down a while and go out there with a flashlight so you can see the Bee hole that you found during the daylight. Pour the gas into the hole then because all of the bees will be in the hole after dark. Often the bees will have a secondary exit, but your gas will still ruin their home and they will move away.
  3. There are not too many things that will repel bees, my advice would be to do your lawn at the time of day when the bees are least active. Early morning and later in the evening. This would mean mowing while it may be a little bit damp with dew but that should not really hurt it, as long as you mow it every week. It may stick to your mower a little bit more then normal. Just be sure that the nest is not in your lawn 1st. They are usually pretty visible as the bees are flying in and out constantly. If you do find it, please don't pour gas into it. Not only is that dangerous, it will kill your lawn and nothing will grow in that area for quite a while. Instead mark the spot by tossing a rock or something near to it and make a mental note as where the nest is exactly to the rock, then go back at night and while wearing rain gear over your clothes ( this covers a lot of the C02 which clues the critters you are there), walk very soflty to the nest, using a small dim flashlight and spray into the hole directly a can of hornet and wasp killer. There are many on the market and they kill on contact. Be sure to get the type that sprays a foam, this will block the hole and keep all the bees inside. If you are allergic make sure you have your EPI pen near by and let someone else know you are doing it. Or if have someone else do it.
