When is the latest I can plant Aries Kentucky Bluegrass in Marysville, WA. ?

I just took down my temporary pool and I want to re-seed the area where the grass had died. Ihave decided on Aries Kentucky Bluegrass becaure the germination percentage is the highest. My lawn does not have any trees and is over 10 years old!
