The Grass Doctor

My husband has a small lawn care business. How do we get the business insured?

Public Comments

  1. Try the same company that insures your vehicles.
  2. Call your agent. Ask for a business liability quote. 1 million dollars worth of liability insurance on a business usually runs about 500 a year. They can break it down in monthly payments to make it more affordable.
  3. Go to a local, independent agent, preferably the one that writes your house or car insurance, and ask them to get you some quotes.
  4. Talk to a property & casualty agent about commercial insurance. Make sure that you shop rates, and compare apples to apples when deciding on the policy to apply for.
