Tax free Regular Gas for Lawn Care Business?

Looking for a place to buy regular gas without road tax for my lawnmowers, and landscaping equiptment. I don't know the pros and cons, or if it is available, but am very interested. I only need about 15 - 20 gallons a week, so if it has the same discount as diesel it might be worth while. Just a poor college kid trying to make a buck :)

1. Farmers don't have a road tax. They mail in their receipt to the state each month and the state sends them their tax back. But I never heard of any other business that were allowed to do that.
