1. I suppose there are specific computer programs for your needs. These programs focus on direct business processes. You probably know these processes and can best devise spread sheets (Excel) to meet your exact needs at a much reducted price and level of understanding. A good knowledge of acounting is required in ANY business. This will best indicate your 'management' history. Quicken or Quickbooks are highly acclaimed by many users.
