Lawn Service?

I've just recently started a Lawn Care Service. And I have a complaint that one of my employees broke their skirting... What do I do?

1. no insurance i take it. spend the $20 to replace the broken section of skirting. you can install it yourself. give apologies. new business. you don't need people bad mouthing you this early in the game. could hurt business. even if you think the people are lying to you spend the $20 and don't do work for them again

3. What rgirg said. Very sound advice. Talk to the employee as well. No need to fire him. Just make sure it doesn't happen again and that he is more careful. If you see a pattern then take action.
