The Grass Doctor

Liquafeeder does not perform correctly, has anyone used the liquid fertilizer without a hose?

If not able to use fertilizer with hose, what would be the water to fertilizer ratio?

  1. I can't answer that without knowing what the strength of the fertilizer is...10-10-10, 20-10 -10, for example. The three numbers should be on the package. These numbers represent the percentages of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in the fertilizer. Even without knowing this though, I don't think you can go wrong by using about 1 tablespoon per gallon of water. But it would be better to know the numbers. You could then go to the store and look for similiar fertilizers for houseplants like Miracle Grow, and read the package for doseage.
