Spreader setting for 13-13-13 fertilizer for lawn?

I have a Scott's Speedy Green 3000 Rotary spreader (no instructions). The farm supply store told me to apply the fertilizer at a rate of 30lb/acre for lawngrass. What setting does this correspond to on my spreader? The settings on the maufacturesr's website are in grams/square meter and even after I convert to pounds/acre I can't make sense of it. If you have this spreader where do you set it?

1. Wow only 30lbs per acre.I think I would try a 16*4*8 so not to take a chance ot burning my grass up.But if not I'd start on the lowest setting and try from that.
2. setting any spreader is a trial and error method. each grade of fertilizer spreads a little different. I set mine so that I get at least one pellet of fertilizer per sq. inch. If you water well right after you fertilize you should not have any burning problem. Most places you burn plants is over fertilizing pots
