The Grass Doctor

Can I freeze wheat grass that I grow so that I can enjoy it at a later date?

I'm planning on making a very small garden this spring. I'd like to grow a section of wheat grass in the garden. Can I freeze wheat grass after cutting it, and then thaw it out in the winter and drink it? If so, should the juice be frozen or the actual blades of grass? Thanks!
