- Most governors have specific agencies to be their "front man" for situations such as this. It sounds as if your proposal should be analyzed by persons both from an economic standpoint, as well as agricultural viewpoints. Once the agencies have reviewed your proposal, you should request to be included in any and all meetings when the proposal is passed up the chain of command. If you don't mind my asking which state governor you are seeking face time with, I may have some connections that will assist you. (I was formerly associated with the MS Governor's Office in Jackson, MS). Best wishes. Good luck...but don't give up if you truly believe in your product.
