1. worm poop or fish emulsion...you should have the soil tested to see exactly what is lacking if anything
2. worm castings (Compost) probably contains the most. Than kelp extract than fish emulsion than blood meal than bone meal with the MG products taking up the rear. Sea solids are said to contain the complete course that any life form could possibly need. I believe seas solids have 94 nutrients and micronutrients
3. If you are looking for percentages, both the Miracle-Gro products contain the most, if compared to the organics. Organics contain smaller amounts of micro and macro nutrients and take longer to be utilized by the plant. Some organics are lacking in certain nutrients as well and by using products such as Miracle-Gro, you can get the much needed formula.
