- NO.
- they both will make the plants grow the same they say use organic fertilizer if you dont want unwanted chemicals in your soil what makes mine grow fast is miracle grow soil and plant booster pellets i buy them at home depot. but i used the organic fertilizer and seen no difference.. good luck
- Of course not. It is the ingredients like Nitrogen, Phosphate, and Potash in any fertilizer that makes plants grow. It does not depend on where those ingredients came from.
- Always go organic because it just means that they use 'all natural' products. Compost is a great addition to your plants or garden because it has much needed plant food for your growing buds!
- There is no difference between organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer in regard to plant growth.
- Non organic like Mirical Grow will make you plants grow faster BUT The excess nitrogen can cause blossom drop Excess nitrogen will attract a lot more bugs Excess nitrogen will reduce the productivity of the plant In tomatoes you can taste the difference Excess nitrogen means you have to stake a 2ft pepper, eggplant or tomato plant Yup I have seen pictures of a 30ft tomato plant w/o a single fruit on it You choice Btw organic is once or twice per season Mirical Grow is all day every 2 weeks
- No, but they do add essential elements to your soil. Fertilizer effectiveness is usualy due to N-nitrogen content- which increases foliage growth and green color. P-phosphorus, which aids in root structures and flowering. K-Potash, which assists in heat and cold tollerance. Some of these are available in organics, but not much of it. The best thing that organics do for plants is in improving soil structure, for drainage and moisture retention.
- Most of the time - no. Your results will be faster with inorganics, but the reason for this is often easy to see on the label. Standard chemical fertilizer might be 13-13-13, while a seaweed fertilzer might be 3-2-2. There's a whole lot more punch in that box of chemicals. If you apply a weekly seaweed spray; you'll probably have the same results with much better long term health benefits for your plants and soil.
- As I understand things starting plants out right in near perfect, compost enriched soil then adding small quantities of inorganics salts gives good results. Try to think of the lushest tropical rain forest, a thick mat of compost and the ocassional bit of bird poop!
