has anyone ever used that perfect patch grass seed you know grass on steroids? any suggestions on lawn repair?

I have a huge yard, puppy, drainage issues,and moles. Take your pick.

1. get Cayenne pepper for the diggin puppy ( powder) and get canadian green seed to put down on the ground . mix with Miracle grow soil and sit back and relax
2. i have diggin dogs to- thanks for that pepper tip!!! i used that super fast and thick growing patch last year- all i found is it was expensive and grew at the same rate as regular cheap seed, and besides that if ya read the small print- most of the grass is annual- so it will be dead in a year anyway!!!!!(which yes i confirm it - i now have dirt where i put the patch down). it looks nice for a short time - and thats it. I guess its a good fix if you dont mind buying it and putting it down every year- just dont expect it to last forever .
