- Wait until fall till the weather gets cooler and autumn is on it's way. The get out the Turf Builder and the seed. Go here to find out more about lawn care the easy and GREEN way: http://www.jerrybaker.com/
- Dig out the crabgrass & the bermuda grass & seed heavily in your bare areas. Then fertilize it with miracle grow. We came across this by accident. My daughter got into our grass seed and dumped a whole bag in a about 100 square feet area. this is a bag that is supposed to cover a 6000 square feet surface. the good grass choked out the crabgrass.
- The best time to try to control crabgrass is in the early spring with a pre-emergent herbicide. The only way to control the bermuda grass is to dig it out or use a non-selective herbicide such as round-up. It is most effective in warm months when the bermuda is actively growing. After the bermuda is dead, prepare the soil and reseed the area. There is no residual effect from the round-up on new seed. Fall and spring are the best times to reseed.
- i live in kenucky and my grass is not blue and idk how to take crare of grass i juss mow it
