What kind of foods to give to a teddy bear hamster??

I have a teddy bear hamster named Fiesty and I always give her little treats I wanted to know some good hamster foods and foods that are bad for hamsters. I give Fiesty: 1 cheese nip cracker Cheese Sunflower Seeds Lettuce Black Berries Apples Stawberrys Potatos Carrots Grass Moths Eggs Hard Cat Food Hard Dog Food & Green Beans NOTE: I NEVER give Fiesty these daily usually its for a speacial occassion and I only give her a couple of pieces of ONE

It gives you an exhaustive list of foods that you can and cannot give your hamster - http://www.hamsterific.com/HamsterUniversity/FoodList.html Personally my hamsters love the following as treats - Sunflower seeds (goes without saying, the "KFC" in hamster fast food lingo) Popcorn (unsalted and with no added taste, made with just plain corn) Unsalted cheese Carrots Bread Rice Krispies (plain, not sweet ones) Dog Biscuits
2. I'm not an expert but all those seem to be pretty good foods to feed to it. I have a dwarf hamster so i know more about that than normal syrian hamsters.
