What is wrong with him?

Our 2 female cats who are both fixed have made a friend with our next door neighbours cat, he's fixed I think cause he doesn't do the Mow Mow thingie. Our cats have known him for months, they go off playing toghether, he has been starting to come around our house looking for our cats and for something to eat, now I don't mind this one bit, but he came around last night with something wrong, he was sneezing lots and had an irritated watery eye? We have lots of grass seeds around here which might be the problem, but it could be the cat flu? He didn't really have a runny nose at all. What could it be?

1. He could have a sinus infection, or allergies
2. Sounds like its an upper respiratory infections .. which is contagious to cats its like a cold
3. It might be that other cat.
4. If you know which neighbor he belongs to, I would voice my concerns to them, let them know what you've observed and they should do the right thing and take care of him. He may have gotten something in his eye running around outside, and all cats sneeze once in a while, just like we do. Sounds like the 3 of them have a wonderful time playing outside together. How sweet.
5. take em to the vet, otherwise i would to think that they are allergic to the grass seeds. i wish i had the answer. good luck to you and the cats
6. As I read that our barn cat was doing the "mow mow thingie" XD We call him Crybaby for it. As for a useful answer... well, everybody pretty much said it, but I kinda had to comment. Sorry 'bout the rambling XD Good luck
7. Sounds like he has a cold...which is not good for your cats. I would keep your cats away. MAybe ask your neighbour to see if they've noticed this. Because my cat got a cold from someone elses cat...got very sick...stopped eating. He ended up on eye drops and meds. good luck
