what kind of plant grows fast?

i am doing a science fair project involving plants. i am going to use plants and magnets but i do not know what kind of plant ot use that grows fast indoors. i might even use grass seeds. please help me!

1. Kelp and marijuana are fast growers, also bamboo.
2. bamboo. there is a type that stays dormant for 5 years then after it shoots up 90 feet over night. Most bamboo which are grasses grow over a foot per night.
3. not sure how long you have, but beans or peas are what we usually used in college.
4. bamboos r much fast growing species in whole plant kingdome as i have studied.it grows about 1 feet over night.
