What is the fastest way to grow grass by seeding?

How often would I have to water? Also, is it better to use fertilizer, if so what kind?

1. use sod that the fastest way to get grass. for a fertilizer start with a starter fertilizer if you are putting seed or sod for the first time. then use some of that feed and weed fertilizer.
2. OK this is the safest and most effective time wize and water schedualing? 1) One bag of triplex bluegrass seed mix 2) One bail peatmoss 3) One wheelbarrel or any container to mix in 4) avaliable water sorce 5gal. 5)One bag power lime use 1/3cup Clean or rake out area your going to seed.do small sections at a time. Mix 1/3 cup seed to 1/4bailpeatmoss 1gal water mix together,spread over the area you want,WHY u ask?? Because triplex seed is the best,and Peatmoss is a natureal fertilizer, and most of all the birds do not like the cent of wet peatmoss.
