What should I put on a flyer for house sitting, pet sitting, lawn mowing, ect?

I want to make money over the summer and a lot of my neighbors are going away on vacation. I want to put out flyers but I don't know what to put on them.

1. Think about exactly what you will be offering your clients. List them with the prices and your contact info. The trick with something like this that is so new to you is to not make up 200 flyers at first. Just do 20, hand them out and edit to address questions people have asked when they called you. The important thing is to make sure they can contact you and you give them some idea of what you can do for them. What are the benefits of hiring you? Good luck!
