time that people are allowed to begin mowing their lawn in fairfax county?

My neighbor is constantly mowing his lawn at all kinds of early hours of the morning. It disrupts the general peacefulness of the entire neighborhood and makes me want to firebomb his "perfect yard." It totally sucks. What time is it legal for him to start mowing his lawn? i'm looking for a detailed time, people. i need to know the actual law so when i talk to him, i don't look like an uneducated hack.

1. I guess about the same time as construction workers do. You could ask him nicely if he would mow a little later as you work nights or something
2. I worked construction in Faifax County and we would work quietly until 7AM, then all hell breaks loose. RScott
3. Atleast it's a lawn mower and not a snow blower, like I'm currently dealing with in Wisconsin.....we got over a foot of snow dumped on us yesterday. Almost all the snow had melted from last time, I miss my grass!!!
