can I use diluted urine to fertilize my lawn?

i know you can use it on plants but what about the lawn?

5. I read in a compost book that is was OK to pee on your pile. But it smells. It would be better to start a compost pile and use the pee to increase the nitrogen level and then you can add more things like sticks high in carbon. When the compost is ready put that on your lawn and it will grow nice. "Purple Peeps Eater Top Contributor" Urine is Urea! Daa Have you heard of Urea Fertilizer? P.S. Do Not put Doo Doo on the lawn that is a NO NO.
6. That is what they use on the golf courses here in Florida. They have pipes that are a purple/pink color that run from the sewage treatment to the golf course. With the droughts we have had watering restrictions, but not so if you use the reclaimed water.
7. Whizz water is not a fertilizer. Neither is #2 unless you're a cow, chicken, pig or horse. Whizz will, however, repel some animals from your yard. It's reportedly very good at keeping bears away. So if you have a bear problem walk the perimeter of your property and do your thing. The bears will stay away.
