On school tycoon how do you raise the students morale?

I have paths, lawns, food, restrooms, and fun stuff. But their morale is still low. Can someone please help me? =)

1. I would say that you should buy more entertaining places for them to play. I have the game but i havent played it in a while. Buy the arcade and other things that would make you want to go to school because if you would want to go than the students would. this will raise morale. also try getting teachers that are more fun if you have really boring ones.
