how much can we ask for lawn mowing?

hi! I want to know how to ask for lawn mowing. I was this adv who wanted a person for lawn mowing and snow removal in winter. One more thing I didnt do this before but I thought it should not be very difficult to do it. What do you say?

  1. I've noticed that the cost of doing lawns has risen dramatically in the last few years. A lot size of 1/3 acre is about $20 each time, and any trimming or garden work is extra. . Snow plowing is different, around here, $300 to $500 a year or $25 each time it snows more then 3 inches is normal. . It;s not easy work and it does require some expertise and care. It looks easy, but you are dealing with someone else's property and if you mess up you will get a bad reputation. Without a good reputation, you will go out of business fast! /
  2. If you bring the stuff over yourself and take care of everything it should be either $10 per lawn, $5 an hour, or $20 per week. Prices like that seem to work pretty well from what I used to do with my brother, but that was a few years ago.
  3. My sister pays $60 an hour for her yard which takes about an hour each time. They bring all their own equipment and mow, trim, weed and remove all debris.
  4. First, I would ask for one million dollars. It's not likely you will get it but if you do, you can retire after one job. And, if the customer turns you down, anything else you ask for will seem like a bargain. It's a no-lose scheme.
