Summary: goes by I know I d like to try one of the spicier sprouting mixes I find the info at the Sproutpeople com site very useful though the site itself is a bit antique looking as web sites go The other thing I grow indoors is cat grass my first try was with a kind of ready to grow pack where you just add water But I ve ordered seeds and some trays and hope to try from scratch
