Summary: the hill from eroding, so in June we bought two small jars of centipede grass and pregerminated them for two weeks. Limed and fertilized the lawn, then rented a tractor and tilled it: Once we'd sown the centipede grass seeds, we had to pack down the tilled soil. Maybe we should have rented the roller?
